Text Message Terms

Proxima Edge Client Alerts is a text message service operated by Proxima Edge AI and Tech Consulting LLC. It sends business owners a text when someone who called their business needs a call back.

These are service notifications about your own business. They are not marketing, and we do not text your customers.

Only Proxima Edge clients who have signed a service agreement with us, given us a mobile number during setup, and asked to be notified by text.

We do not buy, rent, or import phone numbers, and we do not add anyone who has not asked to be added.

Each message contains the caller's name, their callback number, what they need, and when they called. Nothing else.

We send a message only when a caller is waiting on a call back. Someone who says they are coming to your business does not generate a text. Frequency therefore depends on your own call volume, and is typically between zero and ten messages a day.

Proxima Edge does not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You can also just tell us and we will remove it.

Stopping the texts does not cancel your service. Your phone receptionist keeps answering calls and you can still see everything by email.

Reply START to begin receiving them again.

Reply HELP to any message, or email brandon@proxima-edge.com. A person answers.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee either.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
